Seth Ocran
President Of The Ghana Tourism Federation
Seth Yeboah Ocran’s remarkable journey is a powerful testament to resilience, purpose, and unwavering self-belief. Rising from the most humble beginnings as a trotro mate within Ghana’s public transportation system, he steadily worked his way through roles as a driver and sales representative—each chapter equipping him with practical insight, discipline, and an unbreakable entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneur and business leader, President and CEO, public speaker, life coach, futurist, and dedicated advocate for economic growth and human development. What truly distinguishes Seth is not only his business acumen but his steadfast commitment to integrity, humility, and faith in one’s potential. These values have consistently guided his decisions and shaped his leadership philosophy, earning him respect not just as a successful entrepreneur but as a national role model. Today, as Founder of YOKS Investments Limited and President of the Ghana Tourism Federation, Seth Yeboah Ocran continues to inspire a new generation of Ghanaians. Vice President, Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF)
Chef Isaac Sackey is the Vice President of the Ghana Tourism Federation and a respected leader in Ghana’s hospitality industry. He is committed to advancing the Federation’s vision, strengthening industry collaboration, and promoting sustainable growth across the tourism sector.

Edith A. Pinamang
Treasurer of the Ghana Tourism Federation
An entrepreneur, business development consultant, and philanthropist with extensive experience in Ghana’s tourism and hospitality sector. She is the CEO of Bethel Chemist Ltd and Ellaven Consult Ltd, and a Board Member of the Internal Audit Agency, where she also serves on several audit committees for state-owned enterprises. Edith holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She is an active member of several professional and industry networks and currently serves as Treasurer of the Ghana Tourism Federation. Passionate about social impact, she is deeply involved in philanthropic work, supporting youth development, women’s empowerment, and vulnerable communities across Ghana.
Joseph A. Amartey
National Secretary of the Ghana Tourism Federation
A seasoned tourism development professional with over 19 years of experience in Ghana’s tourism and creative arts sector. He serves as National Secretary of the Ghana Tourism Federation and Executive Director of the Tourism Society of Ghana, and is the Youth Tourism Ambassador for Ghana, appointed by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts. He has contributed significantly to national tourism initiatives in collaboration with the Ghana Tourism Authority, supporting major events such as PANAFEST, World Tourism Day, and the Ghana Carnival. He is widely recognized for his leadership in youth tourism development, cultural promotion, and sustainable tourism across Ghana and Africa.
